Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) is working to digitally transform our business to better the experience for our customers. Provincial Health Services Authority needs to receive quality item master data from our strategic suppliers to assist with better orders. As part of this initiative, we are requiring your help to provide item master data on a scheduled basis to PHSA. PHSA has partnered with TrueCommerce, a leading EDI and supply chain solutions company to assist in this transformation. TrueCommerce has multiple options available for you to be able to comply with the item master data mandate.
There are two options for compliance outlined below.

PHSA - CSV Item Catalog Map Import
Provide the Price Sales Catalogue via CSV or text file to the PHSA’s sFTP hosted by TrueCommerce. You can provide your own item catalogue template; however, you will need to have minimum mandatory fields per our guidelines

PHSA - EDI Certification for Item Catalog
Provide the EDI 832 Price/Sales Catalogue based on the mapping guidelines of Provincial Health Services Authority. TrueCommerce will provide and host a sFTP in order to receive your EDI data.
